Employer's Timeline to the Affordable Care Act (ACA)

Greetings comrades!  The Affordable Care Act is not going away.  If you have been putting off getting up to speed on its requirements, this is the place to start.  This is also the place to stay up to date on what is coming next.

2010 ACA Requirements Impacting Employers
Provisions Status
100% preventive coverage mandatory on all non-GF health plans implemented
Phase out of lifetime and annual coverage limits begins (complete in 2014) implemented
Dependent coverage must be extended to age 26 implemented
