Welcome to the new and improved adamsinsurance.com! This is version 3.0 and this is our "beta" launch. We are calling it that because there may be a few holes and bugs in the website and we need an excuse. We will have an official launch in a few days. Meanwhile, feel free to poke around and check it out. There are some new features and surprises.
Pinterest is the fastest growing social medium with women. So it wasn't suprising that as Adams Insurance Marketing Director, I was excited to get to work on our company Pinterest boards. It's like having an online scrapbook - you pin up different things you like and that interest you - pin + interest = pinterest, get it? From recipes to fashion to celebrities, you can find almost anything on Pinterest. It's the 'happy place' I go to when my socalled friends on Facebook are talking politics or spamming my news feed with their latest 'get thin fast' discovery. Pinterest is more about the visual, with a stream of seemingly endless pictures of beautiful shoes, exotic vacation destinations and other things you may never actually have but are nice to look at and re pin onto your own boards.
NY Times magazine tells a wonderful story about a boy and his dog:
“The moment he walked in the house with Chancer, I knew something had changed,” Harvey says. “I could feel it instantly, the magnetism between Iyal and the dog. . . . Chancer was an emotional and physical anchor for a kid who was pretty lost in the world.”
