Connie recently joined the Adams Insurance Team as their Claims Manager with nearly three decades of experience in the industry.
Connie has enjoyed her insurance career and takes great pride in being able to assist her clients with their insurance needs. She started as a Sales Agent for Nationwide Insurance and then transitioned into working in Claims as an Executive at McGriff, Seibels and Williams of Texas.

Connie has found great joy in her career over the years by always working to put the client and their needs first and by trying to go above and beyond to keep them satisfied with service they receive. Connie is bilingual in English and Spanish and is able to serve Adams customers in either language.

Connie has two grown children, Cheri and Miguel, who have brought her so much joy as they’ve grown up, a seven year old nephew, Alex, who let her enjoy being a “new mom” again, as well as two fur babies, Ellis and Teddy, who all together bring her lots of laughs and fun times! Connie was also recently blessed with a new addition to her happy family, her first grandchild, Mateo!

When Connie is not giving it her all at the office, she is busy caring for her family and spending time with them. They enjoy family game night, traveling and visiting local landmarks, museums, and the zoo. Connie also enjoys being a full-time volunteer in her congregation and participating in the ministry work.
