Jody Berry has been with Adams since 2006.  She is a Commercial Lines CSR, with a CISR designation.  A self-described ‘doer,’ Jody loves her job and always rises to meet a challenge.  The proof is on her wall, covered with running medals from various races and marathons!  After raising four children, Jody started running and hasn’t stopped. 

 

One of the most memorable experiences of her life was running in the Athens Marathon in 2009, where the marathon event originated!  She ran the 2013 Houston Marathon in 3:20, and Bike Barn sponsors her for their Elite Triathlon Team.

 

Originally from Peoria, Illinois, Jody loaded up her van and came to Texas for a job in physical medicine but left the field to be a stay-at-home mom.  Her late husband David encouraged her to take running seriously.  She ran her first ever marathon in 3:30, and she was hooked.

 

Jody's pride and joy are her grand kids, and she takes every opportunity to play ‘Grandma’ when she’s not training for her next race!
