Melissa is an associate in the Groups Benefits department. She helps the department run smoothly.

She is our friendly back up greeter on the phones, but she also has a dark side. She becomes chief bounty hunter when a client or Norman needs to track someone down. There is no place to run or hide.

Melissa was born and raised in Hayti, MO.  She started work at Adams Insurance in 1996.

She has two children Chelsea and Matthew.  Melissa loves to tour Houston and its landmarks, some of which you can see in her pictures on the right!
