Michael joined Adams Insurance in 2017. Having graduated from the University of Houston ('06) he pursued corporate finance and accounting roles and received his MBA from University of Houston in 2016.

Michael served on the board of the Surety Association of Houston from 2018-2022, and was President of the association in 2022. Michael currently sits on his local Little League board, Timbergrove Sports Association, and the Blue Marlins Swim Team.

Michael is a native Houstonian having attended Lamar High School where he met his wife Alexandra.

Michael and his wife Alexandra live in Timbergrove with their four kids. As a result, Michael's time away from the office is spent at the baseball field, camping, or at the park.
