Mirta Tamez is a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. Mirta joined the Adams team in 2014, but ours is not her first large family, she has nine siblings and is the youngest of her 4 sisters!  

Born in Corpus Christi, Mirta moved to Katy in early 1994 to start her career in risk management, which she credits her big sis. Mirta has nearly 30 years of insurance experience (personal and commercial insurance combined) and has achieved her ISA designation in 2003 and CIC designation in 2020, managing commercial accounts of every size. Her exemplary customer service and follow-through make her invaluable to her clients.

When she is not visiting family back on the South Texas coast, Mirta resides in Hockley, Texas, is an avid walker, movie watcher, devoted fan to Houston's major sports teams, enjoys road trips, and likes shopping and exploring new areas of the city. Mirta's wealth of knowledge, positive attitude, and commitment to her position make her the perfect fit for Adams Insurance Service.
